YES, your monthly facial membership credits will cover the standard treatment and one free add-on!

Combination treatments are not included unless specified above. All additional treatments will receive a 10% discount if added or combined.

You will always receive 10% off for any additional treatments or products as long as you’re a part of the club.

Also, if you’re noticing that you’re consistently running out of credits, consider an upgrade and get even bigger discounts!

You can use your birthday credit for additional treatments or add-ons.

You cannot use your birthday credit towards the monthly membership cost.

Since your monthly treatments and add-ons are already discounted, you cannot combine or use your credit towards these treatments or the membership cost.

Many of our Glow Up Club members use their birthday credit towards a 2nd add-on with their monthly treatment.

Example #1: You want to choose a Custom Facial and LED Therapy for your monthly membership, and you want a 2nd add-on of Oxygen Infusion. Your credit can be applied towards the cost of the additional add-on.

Example #2: You have already done your monthly Custom Facial treatment for the month, and you want book an extra treatment for the month like Laser Hair Removal or a Face Massage. You can apply your credit towards the cost of the additional service or treatment.

Yes, please note the following minor additions to your membership cost:

  • Processing Fees: Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee. You can easily waive this fee by paying with a debit card instead.

  • Taxes: A standard 4.5% service tax is applied to all memberships.

  • Gratuity: Tips are not included in the membership pricing. While never expected or required, gratuity is always warmly appreciated by your esthetician if you enjoyed your service.

Example:
Using a Debit Card: The Glow Starter ($149/mo) will be $155.71 after taxes.

Using a Credit Card: The Glow Starter ($149/mo) will be $160.38 after taxes and credit card fee.

  1. Sign up for a membership of your choice by clicking “Join The Club”
  2. Fill out the simple form and create your Account with Boulevard (or sign in with an existing account).
  3. Complete the checkout to confirm your membership.
  4. You will instantly be credited for the 1 – 4 treatments and 1 – 4 add-ons.
  5. Request any treatments online or by text/call. (Feel free to schedule your treatments ahead of time)

Yes! Your unused monthly treatments/vouchers automatically roll over and are valid for up to 3 months, as long as your membership remains active.

Just make sure to schedule them before that 3-month window closes!

(Note: If you cancel your membership entirely, any unused rollover credits expire immediately).

Yes! To help you achieve the best long-term results for your skin, the Glow Up Club requires an initial 3-month commitment, and then the membership becomes month-to-month. Cancel anytime after that, just give us a heads up 30 days ahead.

Absolutely. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months! We will just set a specific date with you when you request the pause. Pausing temporarily stops your monthly billing while keeping your active status and saving any unused, rolled-over credits until you get back.

If you need to cancel after your 5-day Grace Period but before your initial 3 months are complete, there is a $100 early cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that upon cancellation, any unused treatment vouchers or account credits expire immediately, and we are unable to offer refunds or prorated refunds for any used or unused benefits, or past membership fees.
